One fateful day, a lovable cat found itself with an unexpected yellow tinge, leaving its owner concerned about a possible fungal infection.
Determined to find a solution, the owner turned to an age-old remedy suggested by her mother. Following her mother’s advice, she applied turmeric, an Indian spice and medicinal herb renowned for its healing properties in combating infections.
Supamas shared her experience with her cat named Ka-Pwong, who was suffering from ringworm. Despite trying various treatments without success, Supamas’s mother came up with the idea of using turmeric. Initially, they applied it specifically to the affected area, but with an abundance of turmeric remaining, they decided to coat the entire body as a preventive measure against future fungal infections. Supamas shared this account with Bored Panda, highlighting the unconventional yet ultimately beneficial use of turmeric in their efforts to address Ka-Pwong’s ringworm issue.
So the cat turned yellow immediately. She started to clean her cat but the yellow color wouldn’t wash off.
Doesn’t the cat looks like a Pikachu-cat?
“My cat may not even know it turns yellow now. Now the cat is cheerful and eats a lot as usual”, owner said.
